Melon Shake

Summer special ..!!Muskmelons are full of vitamin A, B, C and beta keratin in it. Today we are going to make Kharbooja cooler or Muskmelon shake with simple basic ingredients. Nutmeg powder increases our immune system. This shake is inspired from the street food in Philippines. Do try this cooler it’s amazing, and it’s creamy texture will keep you fulfilling and refresh from inside.

Equipment

  • Grinder

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices Muskmelon chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Condensed milk/ Milk + sugar
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • A pinch of Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp Almonds & Walnuts chopped
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Take a jar and add chopped melon, condensed milk, a handful of mint leaves, nutmeg powder and some water. Grind the mixture to form shake. You can use milk powder or milk and sugar instead of condensed milk. If you are adding milk there is no need to add water.
  • Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour your mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and chopped dry fruits. Your healthy & refreshing Melon shake is ready.
