We are presenting you here with our recipe of mango kulfi without condensed milk. It’s easy, simple, and yummy. Summers are seasons of mango. When mango combines with reduced milk and added to dry fruits. It simply tastes like heaven on earth.

Equipment

  • Any non Sticky Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre Full fat milk
  • 2 Mangoes chopped
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Cream or malai
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Boil full-fat milk in a pan. Reduce it till 1/3 rd of its quantity.
  • Grind chopped mangoes in a paste form. Add sugar to taste.
  • Let reduced milk to cool at room temperature. Add cardamom powder and homemade malai or cream. Gently mix it.
  • Lastly, we will add mango paste, mix it, and pour it into molds for freezing. Let it freeze for overnnight.
  • Garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
