Now lets discuss the WORST, some people add loads of sugar during preparation which can lead you Diabetes or other problems. Fruits itself conain natural sugar we shouldn't try to mix it with neither sugar nor salt. Briefing in short, " I bet you can guess the ingredients of this smooothie."

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Grapes
- 1/2 bowl Strawberries or any other berries
- 1/2 bowl Papaya
- 2 glasses Raw chilled milk
- Sugar to taste (OPT.)
- Few Cashews ( for garnish)
Instructions
- Roughly chop fruits and blend with milk in blender. You can add sugar to taste. Its better if you skip that. Drink and enjoy. Serve chilled.

Avoid sugar so that you can drink smoothies as soon as possible. They are cool, tasty and super nutritious. Eat fruits and stay hydrated and glowing too.
If you are allergic to milk use yogurt or dairy free milk.
You can use any milk Almond milk, Soy milk, Cow milk, Low fat milk, Slim toned milk and further more.
