Our colorful chickpea (channa) chaat

- 1 cup Chickpea/ chole
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 cup Chopped Tomato
- 1-2 Chopped green chilli
- 1/2 inch Thin sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish
- Black pepper
- Boil 1 cup chickpea soaked overnight, salt and turmeric powder in the pressure cooker. Take 4-5 whistles. Strain out chickpeas. the water remaining is aquafaba use that for baking.
- In a bowl add chickpeas, onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, lemon juice and black pepper (to taste). You can add little salt for the added veggies. Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.
